His Excellency Marquis Dr. Armando Mormina, a native Italian is the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of the MII Holding Group. He has extensive experience in international business and maintains important business connections throughout the several authorities and oil companies around the world

Marquis Dr. Armando Mormina, who has been living in Germany since 1962, began his business career in Germany in the early 1980's, buying and selling equipment, plant and machinery. He has also involved and trade in the Germany, Italian and other shipping and offshore Oil industries. From the late eighties he has concentrated his operations increasingly on acquisitions, development and sale of Oil and Petrochemical around the world.

In the last fifteen years Marquis Dr. Armando Mormina’ s broad experience in investment and trading has been a key factor in successfully concluding a number of substantial business transactions in the oil sector.

Baron Giuseppe Mormina was the oldest of the six brothers and sisters of His Excellency Marquis Armando Mormina, also a native Italian, living in Germany since 1962, began his business career also in Germany in the sixties decided in 1995 to join the MII Groupe SA in Luxembourg (MII Holding Groupe) as Deputy Chairman of the Board and worked with us until 2008, the year when he went into his well-deserved retirement.

Baron of San Vincenzo Ferreri was a A commander 8Italian Commendatore) decorated with the Medal of Vittorio Veneto and the father of the above Gentlemans

Baron Angelo MORMINA

Vice Chairman (VC)

Baron Giuseppe Mormina is also one of the six brothers of His Excellency Marquis Armando Mormina, also a native Italian, living in Germany since 1962, began his business career also in Germany in the seventies worked also for more than 35 Years in Holland and decided in 20013 to join the MII Oil Holding Inc as Vice Chairman of the Board.

James Francis BRENNAN Jr.

General Sales Manager (GSM)

Mr. James Francis Brenan Jr., a native English/American is the General Sales Manager (GSM) and a member of the MII Executive Board of Directors, who has been living in Switzerland since 1996. Mr. James Francis Brenan Jr. began his business career as an assistant sales manager and worked till 2011 at Saudi Aramco Company until he decided in 2012 to join the MII Oil Holding Inc. as General Sales Manager, where he was appointed in 2018 as a member of the MII Executive Board of Directors.

Domenic di GREGORIA

Chief Operation Officer (COO)

Mr. Domenico di Gregorio is the chief operation officer (COO) and a senior executive tasked with overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the MII Oil Holding Inc, reports directly to the chief executive officer (CEO), and is considered to be second in the chain of command. Mr. Domenico di Gregorio joined the MII Oil Holding Inc in 2014.

Jonathan Edward Stanley

General Council (GC)

Mr. Jonathan Edward Stanley is the general counsel, and chief legal officer (CLO) of the MII Oil Holding’s legal department, and reports directly to the chief executive officer (CEO), their duties involve overseeing and identifying the legal issues in all departments and their interrelation, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, distribution, credit, finance, human resources, and production, as well as corporate governance and business policy. Mr. Jonathan Edward Stanley joined the MII Oil Holding Inc in 2012.

Charles BELANGER

Chief Finan cial Officer (CFO)

Dr. Charles Belanger is the chief financial officer (CFO) and a senior executive responsible for managing the financial actions of the entire MII Oil Holding Inc and their subsidiary company. Dr. Charles Belanger's duties include tracking cash flow and financial planning as well as analyzing the company's financial strengths and weaknesses and proposing corrective action. Dr. Charles Belanger joined the MII Oil Holding Inc 2012.

Gioanna SMITH

Corporate Secretary (CS)

Mrs. Gioanna Smith, is the corporate secretary of the MII Oil Holding Inc and manages all board and committee meeting logistics, attend and records minutes of all board members and committee meetings and manage also the process pertaining to the annual shareholder meeting, monitors corporate governance developments, and assist the Board in tailoring governance practices to meet the Board's needs and investor expectations. Mrs. Gioanna Smith joined the MII Oil Holding Inc in 2013
